If there’s a price increase on the website, will it affect me after I purchased the subscription?
No. Once you subscribe, your price is locked for the entire duration of the subscription plan.
If there’s a price drop on the website, will I get a refund?
No. Subscription pricing is locked at the time of purchase and remains fixed for the entire duration of your subscription plan.
I paid for a Product A, and want to change mid way into the subscription to Product B. Can I do that?
Yes, you can switch to another product within your subscription. If there is a price difference, you may need to pay the additional amount or receive an adjustment depending on the product selected.
How frequently can I ask you to ship the product(s) to me?
You can choose your preferred delivery frequency when subscribing. Currently, shipments can be scheduled every 15 days or every month, depending on your consumption needs.
If I paid for a Pack of 3, and want to extend to a Pack of 12, can I do that?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan anytime and pay the difference amount. The validity remains 1 year from the original date.
Is there any way where I can pay subscription for every order, vs upfront?
Not at the moment. All subscription plans are prepaid for a year to unlock maximum savings.
Can I pause my subscription if I’m traveling or need a break?
Yes, you can pause your deliveries anytime and resume when you're ready. Just reach out to us 3 days in advance.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
