How do I become a member of The 1249 Experience?
You automatically qualify forThe 1249 Experienceonce you’ve had 3 delivered website orders in the preceding 12 months on our website (https://www.mokkafarms.com/). And, once you’re a member, your benefits accrue immediately from the 4th website order onwards, automatically.
Where is The 1249 Experience applicable?

Do I need to pay to join/ enroll?
No - it’s absolutely free! We’re passionate about coffee and we want to make sure your passion pays off too, apart from just great coffee!
When do my benefits start?
Once you’re a member, your benefits start immediately from the 4th order onwards
How do I know if I’m a member?
You’ll receive an email confirmation from us once you’ve had 3 delivered website orders in the preceding 12 months period. You can also log in using your email into the MokkaFarms account and check your membership status.
Do my benefits as a member of The 1249 Experience expire?
As long as you’ve had a minimum of 3 delivered website orders in the preceding 12 month period, you continue to be a member, and your benefits will be applicable (subject to the prevailing T&Cs of The 1249 Experience).
Can I combine The 1249 Experience benefits with other website discounts or offers?
Absolutely! The 1249 Experience benefits run through the year - all 365 days - the benefits will be over and above any other offers on the website including but not limited to any sales we run, Buy 2 & Get 5% off, Buy 4 & Get 10% off.
What happens if I cancel or return any order?
Cancellation of an order will not count towards the 3 delivered orders, since the delivery wouldn’t have happened. Refunds will also not count since the order hasn’t been accepted and the invoice would be reversed. However, if the order was replaced, it will count towards the 3 delivered orders.
