Manual UPI Payments
If you have chosen to pay via Manual UPI as the payment option while placing your order, we request you to please pay us using your mobile's UPI App [PhonePe/ Google Pay] via the below options for us to process your order:
Please include the Order ID [Format - AI2025xxxxxx] in the comments section, when making the payment.
Please share the screenshot of your payment above to hello@mokka.in and/ or +91 8179 70 7205, along with your Order ID [Format - AI2025xxxxxx] - the order ID will be available in your email that you would have received at the time of your order.
Please allow us up to 2 hours [between 8 AM-8 PM] post your payment confirmation [along with screenshot] to update the order status, and dispatch your order within 36 hours from the time of your payment.
Please note that, if the payment is not done within 24 hours of placing your Order, we'll cancel your Order.
